These terms govern your use of Creative Wizard. Please read them before you sign up.

Who we are

Creative Wizard is an AI design-generation studio for home textiles, operated by Binder 33 Labs Private Limited — a Private Limited Company registered in India, referred to here as "Binder 33 Labs", "we", "us" or "our".

By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Creative Wizard

Creative Wizard is built for business use — textile exporters, designers, studios and factories. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

• Give accurate account details and keep them current.
• One account per person. Do not share your login. If you need more people, use an Enterprise plan with a seat each.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• If you add colleagues to your organisation, you are responsible for their use of the service and for their compliance with these terms.

What the service does

You either write a prompt or fill a manufacturing-grounded specification — product, yarn or fibre, weave technique, colours, season. We compile that into a prompt and generate design images. You can also place an existing design onto another product shape.

An honest limitation

Generated designs are machine-produced. They are a starting point, not a technical specification. A model can render a weave, a yarn behaviour, a repeat or a colour in a way that is not physically achievable on your loom or in your dyehouse. Repeats may not tile exactly. Colours on screen are not dyed colours.

Check every design against your own production reality — sampling, strike-offs, lab dips, technical drawings — before you commit to manufacturing. You are responsible for that check. We are not.

Credits, plans and renewal

Access is sold as monthly or yearly plans that include a credit allowance. Credits are spent when a design image is generated:

• Standard quality — 2 credits
• High quality — 3 credits
• Pro quality — 4 credits
• Max quality — 7 credits
• Drape (placing an existing design onto another product shape) — 5 credits

A generation that fails is never charged. Credits are deducted only when an image is successfully delivered to you.

Current plan prices:

• Starter — ₹1,699/month, 350 credits/month, 2 GB storage
• Advanced — ₹4,199/month, 875 credits/month, 5 GB storage
• Studio — ₹8,299/month, 1,750 credits/month, 10 GB storage
• Enterprise — from ₹1,699 per seat per month, minimum 2 seats, billed monthly, credits pooled across the team

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price — two months free — and grants twelve months' credits up front.

Top-ups are available at ₹8 per credit, minimum ₹500.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes. If you are outside India you can choose to be billed in US Dollars at checkout; the amount you are charged is the amount shown before you pay.

Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month unless we state otherwise.

Auto-renewal

Plans renew automatically every month or year through a Razorpay subscription, until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access and your remaining credits continue to the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time from inside the app — the profile dock, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription. What happens to your money and your credits is set out in our Cancellation and Refunds policy. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Creative Wizard to:

• Create or distribute unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload reference images, artwork, photographs or patterns you have no right to use.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label access to the service, or share your account with people outside your organisation.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its credit accounting.
• Scrape the service, or use it to build a competing model or product.

You are responsible for what you upload and what you generate.

Intellectual property

The designs you generate are yours. You own them and you may use them commercially — sample them, manufacture them, put them in your catalogue, sell them to your buyers. We claim no ownership of your generated designs and take no royalty.

Your uploads stay yours. Yarn photographs, fabric shots, mood boards, briefs and feedback notes remain your property. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to process, store and display that material back to you, and to pass it to the model providers who render your designs.

We own Creative Wizard itself — the software, the prompt-compilation system, the interface, the branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you.

One honest note about AI-generated images: the law on copyright in machine-generated work is still developing in India and elsewhere. We give you every right we have. We cannot promise that a court will treat a generated image as a protectable work, and we cannot guarantee that a design generated for you is unlike one generated for someone else.

Availability

We aim to keep Creative Wizard running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party model providers and hosting, and those can fail or change.

We carry out planned maintenance from time to time and will give notice where we reasonably can. Unplanned outages happen. If an outage is long or serious, contact us and we will look at your account fairly.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if payment fails or a subscription lapses, if these terms are breached, or if an account is being used in a way that harms the service or other customers.

Where the problem can be fixed, we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first. Serious abuse or unlawful use may be stopped immediately.

You can close your account at any time. Please download anything you want to keep before you do. After closure we delete your stored designs and uploads, as set out in our Privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

Creative Wizard is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a generated design will be fit for any particular purpose, manufacturable, original, or free of resemblance to other work.

We are not liable for manufacturing decisions taken on the basis of a generated design. If you cut, weave, tuft, dye, print or ship goods based on an image from this service, that decision is yours. Wasted yarn, rejected lots, failed lab dips, cancelled buyer orders, sampling costs and production losses are not our responsibility. Sample and verify before you produce.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, cancel your plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
