Shipping and Delivery

Creative Wizard is a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped. There are no couriers, tracking numbers or delivery charges.

What delivery means here

When you buy a plan or a credit top-up, delivery is the activation of that purchase in your account. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your plan becomes active and your credits appear in your account. This usually happens within seconds. If a payment has gone through and your plan or credits have not appeared, email us and we will reconcile it against the payment record.

Yearly plans grant 12 months' credits up front at the moment of activation. Monthly plans grant that month's credits, and renew automatically until you cancel.

How your designs are delivered

• Each design image appears in the app the moment it finishes generating.
• You can download any generated image at full resolution.
• Your images stay in your cloud storage under your plan's limit — 2 GB on Starter, 5 GB on Advanced, 10 GB on Studio. Enterprise storage is pooled across the team and scales with seat count.
• A generation that fails is never charged. Credits are deducted only when an image is successfully delivered to you.

If you paid but nothing arrived

Email info@creative-wizards.com with your Razorpay payment reference or order ID and the email address on your account. We reconcile against the payment record and credit your account. This is a reconciliation, not a favour — if the payment went through, the credits are yours.

Availability

You can use Creative Wizard at any hour. You need an internet connection and a supported browser. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access — the service depends on third-party model providers and hosting, and those can fail. Generation times vary with the quality setting you choose and with the load on the underlying model providers, so occasional delays are possible. We carry out planned maintenance from time to time and give notice in the app where we reasonably can.

Territory and currency

Creative Wizard is available worldwide. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. If you are outside India you can choose to be billed in US Dollars at checkout.
