Creative Wizard is an AI design studio for home textiles. It is a product of Binder 33 Labs Private Limited, a Private Limited Company registered in India ("Binder 33 Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect from you, why we hold it, and who else sees it. It covers creative-wizards.com and the Creative Wizard app.

What we collect

• Account identity. Your name, email address and profile photo, given to us when you sign in through Clerk using Google or Microsoft. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password.
• Reference images you upload. Yarn and fabric photographs, swatches, mood boards, and anything else you attach to a brief.
• Briefs and prompts. Your prompt text and the spec you fill in — product, yarn or fibre, weave technique, colours, season.
• Generated designs. The images the system renders for you, held in your account storage.
• Feedback. Your likes, dislikes and written notes on designs. If you leave a voice note, the audio and its transcript.
• Usage and credit records. Which generations you ran, at what quality, the credits each one cost, and your balance.
• Payment metadata. Plan, amount, date, and the Razorpay payment and subscription identifiers, plus whether a payment succeeded or failed. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login. Those are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and stay with Razorpay.
• Standard server records. Our hosting keeps ordinary access and error logs, including IP address and browser type, so the service runs and stays secure.

Why we use it

• To run your account, sign you in and keep your work available to you.
• To generate the designs you ask for. Your prompt, your spec and any reference image you attach are sent to the image model that renders the design. This is not optional — it is how the design gets made.
• To bill correctly: to activate your plan, add credits, deduct credits when an image is delivered, and answer questions about your invoice. Failed generations are never charged.
• To improve your own results. Your feedback notes are used to write your taste profile, which shapes later prompts for you. It is yours and is not applied to anyone else's account.
• To keep the service secure, debug faults, and meet Indian tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your designs or references to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.

• Clerk — sign-in and authentication. Holds your name, email and profile photo.
• Razorpay — payments and subscriptions. Handles your card, UPI or bank details directly and returns only payment metadata to us.
• Google (Gemini) — image generation. Receives your prompt and any reference image needed to render that design.
• OpenAI — image generation. Receives your prompt and any reference image needed to render that design.
• xAI — image generation. Receives your prompt and any reference image needed to render that design.
• Anthropic — the text model that writes your taste profile. Receives your written feedback and design notes, not your payment data.
• Sarvam — optional voice-note transcription in English and Indian languages. Receives your audio only when you record a note.
• Render — hosting and servers. Holds the application and its database.

We may also disclose data if Indian law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your designs and your references

The designs you generate are yours to use commercially, including for production and sale. Reference images you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership over either. We use them to run the service for you, and for nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data, references and generated designs while your account is open. Stored files count against your plan's storage limit. You can delete projects, uploaded references and saved forms from the app at any time. To remove everything, ask us to delete your account.

If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account data, uploads and generated images within 30 days. We keep payment and tax records for as long as Indian law requires, and short-lived server logs until they age out.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, and our processors are established providers with their own security programmes. We will be plain with you: no online service can promise absolute security, and we do not. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, export your designs, or delete your account and its contents. Email info@creative-wizards.com from the address on your account and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, write to us and we will look at it again.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in through Clerk, and browser local storage to hold drafts and interface preferences so you do not lose work in progress. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking these will stop sign-in from working.

Children

Creative Wizard is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

International transfers

We are based in India, and Indian law governs this policy. Some of the processors listed above operate servers outside India, so your data may be processed abroad when you use the service. We only use providers that offer appropriate protection for it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the product changes. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
