Support hours and response time
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm IST. We are closed on Sundays and on Indian public holidays.
We reply to every email within one working day. Most messages are answered the same day. If your issue needs a fix on our side, we will tell you what is happening and when to expect it rather than leaving you waiting.
Writing about a payment or account problem
These are the things we will ask for anyway, so including them upfront saves a round trip:
- The email address on your account — the one you signed in with
- The payment reference from Razorpay, or the amount and date of the charge
- Your plan (Starter, Advanced, Studio or Enterprise) and whether you are billed monthly or yearly
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead — for example, credits not appearing after payment, a renewal you did not expect, or a generation that failed
A screenshot helps, but it is not required. Please do not send us card numbers, CVV codes or one-time passwords. We never need them, and we cannot see them.
Grievances
If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with how it was handled, write to info@creative-wizards.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. It will be read by a senior member of the team at Binder 33 Labs. We acknowledge grievances within one working day and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Our grievance officer can be reached at the same email address, or by post at the registered address above.
Governing law
Binder 33 Labs Private Limited operates from Haryana, India. Our services are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
